該賬戶提供現代銀行賬戶替代方案，能通過智能手機進入，並由 Pervesk UAB 提供支持，Pervesk UAB 是立陶宛中央銀行授權的電子貨幣機構（持牌號 17），用於發行電子貨幣和支付。兩家公司都在歐盟成員國立陶宛開展業務。
