在香港註冊一間有限公司，需要什麼條件? 一名年滿18歲或以上的股東和董事，持護照或身份證的中國居民或海外人士均可註冊香港有限公司。
另外，必須提供一個香港地址作為註冊地址，及委任一名香港居民或一間專業公司出任公司法定秘書。
非香港居民是否可以註冊香港公司? 可以。香港的公司法對股東/董事的沒有任何國藉限制。
註冊香港有限公司需要多久? 1-6個工作日。
商業登記證是否必須填寫業務性質? 不一定。如公司不想特別註明，可不填寫。
商業登記證上的經營範圍，會否限制公司拓展其它業務? 經營範圍一般表示公司的主要經營業務，商業登記證並沒有限制公司的業務範圍，因此不會限制公司拓展其它業務。
如何知道公司是否已經合法註冊? 可以委託聯岸會計查冊或到香港公司註冊處進行查冊。
新註冊的有限公司何時可以在公司註冊處查到有關的登記記錄? 自註冊日起就可以查閱。
有限公司需承擔的債務責任，是按註冊或是按發行股份計算? 按發行股份承擔債務責任。
