尽职审查

根据离岸司法区反洗钱法例，要求註册代理人必须对成立离岸公司的每一位董事或股东给予最基本的尽职调查如下：

1.    每一位董事或股东或受益人，向註册代理人提交下以所要求的文件：

2.    个人有效护照或有效身份证复印件。

3.    住址证明。

4.    在第1点规定的证明文件发生任何变化时，董事或股东及时向註册代理人提供最新材料。

5.    註册代理人将保留第1和第2点所规定的文件以备有关註册地公司登记处抽查

6.    註册代理人将按有关註册地的尽职调查法规的要求期限继续保留第1和第2点所规定的资料。

7.    当第1、第2点所反映的信息不能满足有关要求时，註册代理人 可以按其备案的最新地址通知客户终止所有规定的服务。
