2023 年公司（修订）条例》（“修订条例”）将于 2023 年 4 月 28 日开始实施。
修订条例旨在使《公司条例》（第 622 章）和《公司（章程范本）通告》（第 622H 章）现代化，以明确迎合公司举行完全虚拟股东大会而无需成员出席任何实体会议的情况地点；以及这种虚拟股东大会和成员在物理位置参加的混合模式，即混合股东大会。
