根据于2020年10月1日生效的《2020年公司（费用）（修订）规例》，香港公司註册处宽免公司依时交付的周年申报表登记费，为期两年。有关宽免期将于2022年9月30日结束。
合资格的公司（即周年申报表的结算日期是在2022年9月30日或之前的公司）须于2022年9月30日或之前依时交付其2022年度周年申报表，才可受惠于该项宽免。
2022年9月30日之后，即使合资格的公司依时交付其周年申报表，仍须连同所须登记费HK$105一并交付。
