《2022年香港商业登记条（修订附表2）令》已于2022年6月10日刊宪。根据该命令，商业及分行登记之征费率将由每年港币250元调低至每年150元。新的征费适用于：
（1）在2022年6月17日或之后提出同步商业登记申请的成立法团递呈；及 （2）在2022年6月17日或之后开始生效的商业或分行登记证（第（1）项所述的情况除外）。
利用低商业登记费成立香港公司。
